Home base is 840 W 1700 S in Salt Lake City, and the vans run the whole valley and beyond: AC repair, furnace repair, AC and furnace installation, tune-ups, and light commercial work, from the same crew, on the same terms. Every city has its own housing stock and its own comfort problems, and the pages below get specific about yours.

How far we travel

One shop, five counties

  • Salt Lake County, all of it. Salt Lake City, West Valley City, West Jordan, South Jordan, Sandy, Draper, Herriman, Riverton, Taylorsville, Murray, Holladay, Midvale, Millcreek, Kearns, and Magna are our everyday routes. Most of these are under twenty minutes from the shop.
  • Davis County to Layton. North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, Bountiful, and Layton, including the east-wind installs that Davis County homes need.
  • Utah County to Lehi. Lehi and the Traverse Mountain bench, where altitude sizing matters more than most quotes admit.
  • Weber County to Ogden. Ogden's pre-war homes and rentals, with documented service for landlords.
  • Tooele County, scheduled honestly. Tooele and Grantsville are a real drive over the Oquirrhs, so we batch trips and tell you the real window instead of promising a fake one.
