  A working tune-up, not a walk-through

  Everything a tune-up can include, except duct cleaning: we clean, test, measure, and adjust — not just look. Your system gets actual maintenance, and you get a report of what we did and what we found.

  Worth knowing: some tune-ups advertised around town for less are inspect-and-quote visits — a technician looks things over, performs no real maintenance, and leaves you a list of things to buy. Ours is the kind where work happens.

  Whole-home duct cleaning

  Returns, supply ducts, vents, and disinfectant included

  Half our regular rate for a complete cleaning of your home's ductwork — the return air ducts, the supply main ducts and air vents, and a disinfectant treatment for the duct interiors. One price, nothing added at the door.

  If it's been years (or ever) since your ducts were cleaned, this is the reset button: less dust on the furniture, less strain on the blower, and a cleaner starting point for every filter you install afterward.
