What we collect

When you request an estimate through our contact form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and any details or email address you choose to add. When you call or text us, we see your phone number, like anyone you call or text.

How we use it

One purpose: getting your heating and cooling work done. We use your information to call you back, schedule visits, prepare estimates, and perform the work you hire us for. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with marketers — ever.

Who else touches it

• Form delivery. Contact form submissions are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. It transmits your submission to us and is bound by its own privacy policy.
• Financing applications. If you apply for financing, you apply directly with the lender (Optimus, Enhancify, or Snap Finance) on their website. Your application — including credit and identity information — goes to them, not to us. We never see or store it.
• Website analytics. We use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site (which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from). Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't tell us who you are.

Cookies

This site doesn't require cookies to work. Analytics tools may set cookies to distinguish repeat visits; you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and every page of this site will still function.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you — including honoring your 5-year labor warranty — and as required for ordinary business and tax purposes.

Your choices

Want to know what we have on file about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Call (801) 678-5748 or ask in a reply to any email from us. We'll handle it, no forms or hoops.

Children

This site is for homeowners and businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't do.
